Co-Founder and the ChiefExecutive Officer

Ryan is a Co-Founder and the ChiefExecutive Officer of Valor Behavioral Health; Ryan is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the company and to ensure that Valor Behavioral Healthis providing the most professional and effective treatment possible. He became an addiction counselor nearly twenty years ago and is a CADC-CAS (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor).

Prior to receiving certification, Ryan knew that this field of work was important for him to pursue and was determined to find the perfect fit for his skill set in order to convert his passion into his life’s work. He steadily built his background in real estate and business management after spending nearly a decade in the entertainment industry. His work experience in each field brings a wealth of expertise and depth of knowledge to Valor Behavioral Health. Making a difference in people’s lives is the greatest job description he has the honor to do daily.

A native of Los Angeles, Ryan has deep roots in the community. His personal insight coupled with his business background and vast connections in multiple industries makes him a natural fit for his position, which requires patience, empathy, an eye for detail, juggling multiple priorities, an ability to navigate a large metropolitan area and think fast while having a head for numbers. Most importantly, he feels that what he does each day is his calling more than it is a job. He works directly with clients and families and has an innate ability to convey Valor Behavioral Health’s philosophy because he lives it.

In his (limited) spare time, Ryan enjoys entertaining family and friends, working out and playing hockey. He is a lifelong fan of the LA Kings. His travels have taken him to various countries and have given him a unique global perspective and ability to see things on many different levels from a variety of angles. He is easy going and loves to meet new people. He is married to a talented entrepreneur, and they are the proud parents of their three sons.
